This year has been the busiest that we have ever known.
It has been a privilege and a pleasure to serve so many people.
Take care of your back this Xmas
Last Christmas, we saw a lot of people who had spent too long sitting on the floor to wrap presents and who had hurt themselves in doing so.
Here are our top 5 tips to avoid ‘Festive Back Syndrome’:
- Start early so that you don’t have to join in the last minute wrapping frenzy
- Use a table or worktop & avoid sitting for too long
- Write cards in batches & take a break every 45 minutes
- Consider gift bags & tissue paper rather than wrapping everything in paper and tape
- Keep hydrated – muscles cramp easily if you haven’t had enough fluid – and we don’t mean gallons of mulled wine!
New Year Check Up
With excesses of Christmas food and travelling it’s easy to neglect your health so we are offering checkups discounted by £10 for people who haven’t had an appointment in the last three months.
Appointments must be booked before 31.1.17 and offer limited to one appointment per person.
Simply call the reception team on 0118 978 7466 and quote ‘New Year Check up‘.

Change in fee schedule
On 1 April 2017, we will be increasing our fees for all treatments. For more than three years, we’ve managed to avoid any increase, in spite of rising costs. However, we hope you understand our need to change our fees to reflect this. Our new fees will be as follows:

Treatment £38
Extended treatment £45
Re-examination £45
0-16 years
Initial consultation/examination £55
Treatment £32
Extended treatment £45
Re-examination £45
In 2017 we will be launching ‘Friends & Family’ membership which enables members to pay reduced fees if they choose our direct debit payment option.
