Welcome to the July Wokingham Chiropractic Centre update – we have been busy behind the scenes since May.
Henry is now almost 2 months into his recuperation since the kidney transplant. This has allowed Andrea to return to work in the practice over the last two weeks. This is great news for those of you who have been hanging on to see her. Currently, she is booking appointments on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
Don’t forget that we are still obliged to triage everyone before they can make their first post-lockdown appointment, so you will need to phone us before booking.
We are currently working without our lovely front desk team – the usual number is the one to call and it will be answered directly or will divert to mobile or the answerphone. The answerphone is checked several times per day so leave us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
We are encouraging people to book and pay for appointments via online booking (blue button on website) in order to reduce touch points inside the practice.
Please arrive for your appointment at the scheduled time and wait to be met by your chiropractor at the door as it is no longer ‘on the latch’. Please bring a mask to wear whilst you are in the building. Your chiropractor will be wearing PPE and will check your temperature before your appointment. There is plenty of hand sanitiser available for you to use as you enter and leave the practice.
We are transitioning to electronic notes over the next 9-12 months so please bear with us during this period of change.
One other (somewhat overdue) change is an increase in our fees. This is the first such change in six years and you can find the details on our website here.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Wokingham Chiropractic Centre when you feel ready to see us.
